I am a Platform Engineer with 10 years of experience in devops, automation, continuous delivery, cloud technologies, and linux administration. I have supported a wide range of software projects ranging from single instance applications to enterprise-level, dynamically scaling setups. I strive to deliver solutions that are simple, efficient, resilient and scalable. In my next role, I seek challenging problems in an environment that values technical excellence and prioritizes application and platform security.

Leading a team of Platform and DevOps engineers at ION Analytics, a capital-markets intelligence platform, to improve the security, stability, and scalability of acquired products, drive their adoption into company standards and patterns, and contribute to enhancing those patterns.

Overseeing the migration of the core docker application platform from CloudFormation, HashiCorp Nomad, Consul, and Vaul= to AWS ECS, AWS Secrets Manager, and HashiCorp Terraform to conform to parent company’s standards.
Developing GitHub Actions and Jenkins CI/CD Pipelines, helping developers move code through testing and multi-region production environments.
The platform lead for the Oracle to Postgres migration, driving the execution across environments and supported development in the application migration and transition.

At Backstop Solutions a cloud-based productivity and reporting platform for investment and financial firms (later acquired by ION Analytics), I assisted in migrating resources from datacenters to the cloud, led the transition from static to on-demand assets in compliance with SOC2 requirements, and advanced to lead the DevOps team.
